Home is where healing starts.
We spend so much time thinking about what we eat, the supplements we take, how we move, and how we manage stress—but our environment is another important piece of the wellness picture.
The air you breathe. The water you drink and bathe in. The light that helps set your circadian rhythm. The materials and products you interact with every day.
Through the four pillars of Air, Water, Light + Earth, a Healthy Home Assessment takes a closer look at how your home may be supporting your health—and where there may be opportunities to make it better.
As a Clean Elements Advisor, I evaluate your living environment for potential stressors and help you prioritize realistic changes based on what matters most. This isn't about creating a perfectly "non-toxic" home or replacing everything you own. It's about understanding your environment and making informed, practical changes over time.
Your assessment includes a comprehensive evaluation of your home followed by a detailed report with your personalized CLEAN Home Index™, room-by-room findings, and prioritized recommendations—so you know what to address first, what can wait, and where changes may have the greatest impact.
The CLEAN Home Index™
Your home is a living system — dynamic, responsive, and deeply connected to your well-being. The CLEAN Home Index is a comprehensive score measuring how well your home supports human health, performance, and recovery. One clear framework: four pillars, twenty-five points each, one hundred points total — the benchmark for a home intentionally designed for health.

The Assessment Experience
A Healthy Home Assessment isn't about finding everything "wrong" with your home. It's about understanding how your everyday environment may be influencing your well-being—and identifying practical changes that make sense for your home, your family, and your priorities.
01. Consultation
We start with a conversation about your home, your family's needs, your health and wellness priorities, and any specific environmental concerns you may already have.
02. In-Home Assessment
Using the CLEAN Elements framework, we'll move through your home and evaluate the four pillars of Air, Water, Light + Earth.
I'll gather detailed information about your living environment, including air quality, moisture, water, lighting, electronics, household products, materials, and other potential environmental stressors.
03. Personalized CLEAN Home Report
The data collected during your assessment is submitted through the CLEAN Elements system and carefully reviewed by the CLEAN Elements team to formulate your personalized report.
You'll receive your CLEAN Home Index™, room-by-room findings, and prioritized recommendations—giving you a clearer picture of what's already working well and where there may be opportunities to better support your home environment.
04. Implementation + Ongoing Guidance
This is where we turn information into realistic action.
We'll review your findings together and identify what makes sense to address first based on your home, priorities, and budget. You'll also have access to independently vetted tools, products, and educational resources through CLEAN Elements to help take the guesswork out of making changes.
You don't need to replace everything you own or overhaul your home overnight.
Small, intentional changes can add up to a healthier home over time.
